Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) and Weatherization Program (WRAP)

HEAP and WRAP are energy assistance systems for people who are living on fixed incomes. Both homeowners and renters may apply. Applications are accepted yearly beginning in the Fall until funds are exhausted.
