Participate in the 2026 East Hampton Young Adult Summer Program!! Our program runs from May 27th through August 22nd!

2026 East Hampton Young Adult Summer Program

Participate in the 2026 East Hampton Young Adult Summer Reading Program!!

Earn raffle tickets by reading books, attending programs, filling out your activity list, and completing journal entry prompts! After registering, pick up your sign-up prize from the YA Room. 

Tickets for attending a library Young Adult program will be handed out after the program. After completing a journal prompt or completing an activity from the activity list, submit it and receive a ticket. Each ticket and the book form can be used to enter one of our amazing raffles throughout the summer!

Join us on Wednesday, May 27th, at 4:00 pm, for our Summer Program Kickoff! Register by Monday, June 1st, to be entered into a raffle to win a prize from Starbucks!!

The East Hampton Young Adult Summer Program is open to all teens entering 9th grade through entering college (High School Class of 2026). For questions, please reach out to the Young Adult Department at ya@easthamptonlibrary.org. 

Adults

The goal of this program is to celebrate our community’s love of reading. What better time to do that than in the summer! Whether you are at the beach, on a boat, or in your backyard, a book is the perfect way to enjoy those lazy summer days. We have plenty of great prizes lined up, so sign up today! This years program runs from June 5th to August 29th!

2026 Adult Summer Reading Program  

How to participate:
Stop by the Adult Reference desk to register, or fill out the form here, sign up starts June 5th
  1. Read any book you like and write a 1-2 sentence review.
  2. Submit your review to the Adult Reference desk to be entered for our weekly prize drawing.
  3. We will choose a winner every Friday! Won’t be at the library? no worries,  Send your review to reference@easthamptonlibrary.org and we will enter it for you! or click the bold red 2026 Adult Summer Reading tab above and record your review.
  4. Register for the Summer Reading Program any time starting June 5th. Winners are announced every Friday!
